If there are any Hike in Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India after the finalisation of the Tour/service Cost the same would be charged as extra. Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines.

 

CEVA Education shall not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment’s, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, cyclones, pandemic, bad sea conditions or political closures.

CEVA Education holds the right to terminate anyone from participation without any refund at any time before/during the residency due to misconduct of behaviour, engaging in drugs, sexual harassment to fellow participants/members of the organisers (CEVA Education) or any other unethical reasons or misbehaviour.

 

CEVA Education holds the right to cancel or reschedule the event, without any prior notice.

In such a case CEVA Education will not be liable to provide any participant with any kind of compensation towards flight/bus/train cancelations/rescheduling charges if the participant has booked the tickets themselves. We can only be held liable to reschedule the tickets if the participant has booked them through us. If CEVA Education reschedules the event for any reason, the participant can either choose to cancel their participation and accept a 75% refund or join the next program at the rescheduled dates. CEVA Education may reschedule the same event upto 3 times. If the same rescheduled event is cancelled thrice due to unforeseen circumstances that our beyond CEVA Educations control, CEVA Education will provide a 100% refund to the participant the third time.

 

COVID -19/PANDEMIC SPECIFIC CLAUSE:

In case of a lockdown, travel restriction or restriction on events imposed by the government of India, or relevant authority that impacts the program, Organisers, Venue or Participants; all parties involved will be flexible to reschedule the event to a future date. Participants will receive 75% refund or have the option of joining the next program.

 

DAMAGES:

The participant is solely responsible for any damages caused to themselves, any other person(s) or the equipment while surfing.

 

INSURANCE POLICY:

We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Participants are advised to seek such insurance arrangements themselves. All baggage’s & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.

 

ACCOMODATION:

Twin Sharing Accommodation will be provided as per availability. Single occupancy room can be provided upon request. The participant must enquire for single occupancy before making booking payment. Note that single room occupancy is subject to room availability at the hotel. CEVA Education or anyone associated to CEVA Education acts only in capacity of an agent for the hotel and are not responsible for the hygiene and maintenance of the rooms, staff and hospitality at the hotel, or extra charges incurred by you at the hotel. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.

OUR LIABILITIES AND LIMITATIONS:

CEVA Education, the tour coordinators or any person associated to CEVA Education would not be held responsible for safety measures and would not be liable for any accident, medical injuries or death caused during any of our programs. It is a fundamental condition of this contract between you (Participant) and us (CEVA Education), that we (including our owners, employees, agents and independent contractor(s) are discharged and indemnified by you (including by your executor(s), administrator(s) and dependent(s) from any liability for any loss, damage, death or injury whatsoever arising out of, or incidental to, any program or service provided by us, whether or not such damage or personal injury is caused or contributed to by us. You acknowledge and agree that: You will be participating in activities, which are undertaken for the purposes of recreation and might involve a significant degree of physical exertion and/or physical risk; You are aware of the risks of injury associated with your participation and agree to voluntarily assume such risk; The use of any equipment hired or loaned by us is entirely at their own risk. Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right to rely upon any limitation of liability and/or defence available under any applicable law(s) and/or international convention(s) for any claim made by you against us. CEVA Education acts only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.

 

SCHEDULE AND ITINERARY:

All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before or during the tour. CEVA Education reserves the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants' safety, comfort & general wellbeing. We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment’s, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents. We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS:

Every participant must take full responsibility for their health. Some medical conditions may preclude a person from participating in some of our adventure based courses and travel/outdoor programs. Please note that any medicals required should be completed well in advance of the date of departure. If in any doubt please check with your doctor prior to trip departure. All participants, must be transparent and honest about their medical conditions. If during the tour it becomes apparent that CEVA Education, or the instructor in charge at the program, has been given incorrect information or any false statement regarding the participants health by you (participant), we (CEVA Education) reserve the right to prevent any participant from undertaking any adventure activities while on board. Any decision made in this regard will be at the absolute discretion of the Instructor in charge. Some of our courses like Scuba Diving and Surfing may require you to fill out medical forms prior to the booking confirmation and also provide doctors letter assuring that you are in good health for the program. We (CEVA Education), have the final right to decide if you are eligible or not for the program depending on the medical information you provide. We (CEVA Education), have to right to deny participation after examining the information you provide us, for your safety.

 

AGE RESTRICTIONS & ELIGIBILTY:

Anyone under the age of 18 must produce a participation permission letter signed by a Parent or Guardian. All our programs have individual age restrictions depending on the content of the program. Anyone caught with a fake age proof or identity will be removed from the program without any warning or refund. Our eligibility criteria's differ from program to program. We (CEVA Education) or the instructors associated with us have the right to define the terms of eligibility. If at anytime during the program, we become aware that you (the participant) have given us any incorrect information based on the eligibility criteria informed to you before enrolling for the program, we (CEVA Education) have the right to terminate your participation with immediate effect without any refund. Only CEVA Education holds the right to create alterations in the eligibility criteria and create exceptions. We (CEVA Education) or our instructors will not be held responsible for any unforeseen health issues that arise due to any eligibility exception or any other reason during the program. The eligibility criteria will be informed and if an exception is made, it will be the responsibility of the participant and/or guardian to ensure taking the decision of participation after understanding all the risks involved which will be informed by our team prior to enrolment. 

 

COVID PRE-REQUISITES:

You (Participant) should have completed 2 doses of COVID Vaccination 15 days before the program commences. Participant need to provide a COVID vaccination certificate of both the doses. Please read our COVID policy for more information.

We (CEVA Education) might require personal data prior to enrolment of programs. This data will be kept private and be strictly used as information for us  and won't be shared. You maybe required to submit contact information of an emergency contact in some programs. Please read our privacy policy for more information.
