pre-requisite:

All participants will be required to do a COVID test before the programs and/or provide a vaccination certificate stating the completion of both vaccinations.

frequently asked questions:

How many days before the event should I do the test?

The COVID test needs to be done within 36 hours prior to the program. Any test done before that will not be considered applicable.

Does CEVA accept self taken Covid antigen test results?

We strongly recommend you to get a COVID Test done from a COVID testing approved laboratory instead of conducting the test yourself at home, to ensure more accurate results.

What happens if I have recently recovered?

If you have recently recovered from COVID-19, we do not recommend getting tested again in the two months after a positive viral test, as long as you do not have symptoms of COVID-19. If you have had a positive viral test in the past 1 month, and you have met the criteria to end isolation, you may travel instead with documentation of your positive viral test results and a letter from your healthcare provider or a public health official that states you have been cleared for travel. The positive test result and letter together are referred to as “documentation of recovery.”

What happens if I test positive before the program?

If you test positive, you will not be permitted to participate in the residency program.

If I test positive within 15 days before the program and hence cannot attend it, will I get a refund?

In such a scenario, participants will be refunded back 50% of the fees. Remaining 50% will be charged as a last minute cancellation fee. If there is a similar program within 6 months, we will provide an option, to join the next program instead of the refund. In such a case, the fee can be adjusted against the payment required during the next program.

If I test positive during the program and hence need to leave it midway, will I get a refund?

In such a scenario, participants will NOT be provided any refund.

What happens if get any symptoms during the residency?

In such a scenario, you will be asked to do a COVID test immediately and kept in isolation until the results come in, for the safety of all other participants and staff members. Our staff may ask you to do a COVID test at any time during the program if you show symptoms.

What happens if I test positive during the program?

If you test positive you will be immediately moved to the nearest COVID facility or a Quarantine Hotel with COVID Isolation facilities. All additional costs required such as doctors/testing fees, medication, isolation accommodation, meals, etc must be bared by the participant.

If I test positive during the residency will I be insured?

We do not provide any health or travel insurance for you to claim in such a scenario. You could get your own insurance done from any covid/health/travel insurance provider you like.
